Time not utilised during the consultation is non-refundable or non-transferrable to a later time. Consultations are normally set up within 60 (sixty) minutes of the payment (during business hours). On rare occasions, the setup period may take longer. If payment is made after 3pm, the consultation may occur the following morning, although we will always strive to set the consultation as quickly as possible (as close to the time you choose as possible). You may choose to pay/book after hours or during weekends, which will be processed on the next business day. The attorney assigned will be the best-suited practitioner available for the matter type. There may be occasions where more information will be required. On such occasions, your attorney will request such information after the consultation, before making a substantive recommendation. Clients who decide to proceed with their matter, always benefit from our unique policy – utilise the least amount of resources possible to reach the client’s objectives, which significantly reduces costs and speeds up the process.All legal advice will be based exclusively on the information provided by the client. In the instances where pertinent information is omitted, untrue or misleading, MG Attorneys Inc. and its practitioners will not be held liable for any consequences due to the advice and legal recommendation provided.If the client chooses to prolong the consultation, the additional time must be paid immediately after the consultation. The additional charge is calculated at 15 minute increments, where each 15 minutes’ increment fee is R445 excluding VAT. As an example, a meeting that was extended by 12 minutes will be charged for 15 minutes, if extended by 22 minutes, then 30 minutes are charged, etc.. All fees are excluding VAT (except where noted otherwise). Payment is not conditional on the advice provided or any other factors.
